All claims are reviewed by the EHS Claims team who pass them on to AXA Global Healthcare for processing ensuring efficient, reliable service at every step.

They may ask you to provide more information, for example, from your medical practitioner. You or your medical practitioner must provide us with the information we ask for as soon as reasonably possible so that your claim can be assessed.
What happens if I need emergency treatment?
If you need emergency treatment, you may not be able to call EHS before receiving treatment. Simply ask someone to call them as soon as you can. If you can, give your membership card to the hospital so they can get in touch as needed.
